Dr Alison Edgar MBE

Alison specialises in high performance, ownership, and the behaviours that drive commercial success. Over three decades across global businesses, she built her reputation as a consistently high-performing sales professional and trusted advisor to leading brands.

Her career placed her inside a company that once dominated its industry worldwide, where she watched resistance to change and a lack of accountability lead to significant decline. That experience shaped her focus: understanding what separates teams that perform from those that stagnate.

Today she works with organisations to turn those insights into practical frameworks, equipping people at every level and in every role to think like owners and take responsibility for results.

Rebecca Coles

Rebecca specialises in organisational behaviour and workplace psychology, with a particular focus on psychological safety, accountability, and how people think and act at work. For almost a decade she has worked in partnership with Alison, co-developing the thinking, frameworks and programmes behind their work with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies.

Her work centres on analysing organisational challenges and translating them into practical, psychology-informed programmes, embedding better judgment and ownership into the way teams work at every level.
