At Moet Hennessy’s Execution Excellence conference for their FITCH departments, designed to help the delegates embrace change, and feel pride in their job role. Alison Edgar captivated attendees with her dynamic presentation style and thought-provoking content. With a focus on how we can achieve a mindset of excellence - including CBT, intrapreneurship and more - Alison delivered a one-hour hybrid session, that was streamed across the world.
The Mission
Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) sought to infuse their team with a sense of execution excellence, particularly within their Wines & Spirits division, by transitioning towards a more consumer-centric approach and leveraging data to drive direct-to-consumer initiatives. With the company undergoing significant changes and expansions, the aim of the event was to equip delegates from around the globe with the tools and mindset needed to navigate the evolving landscape, break down silos, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the FITSC community. Given the international streaming of the event, LVMH sought a speaker who could effectively convey key points in a universally-friendly manner, transcending any linguistic barriers.
Backstage Prep
Alison Edgar and her team focused on tailoring a highly interactive and engaging session centered around the theme of intrapreneurship and cultivating a mindset of excellence. With the understanding that the event would be streamed internationally, they ensured that the content would resonate universally, transcending cultural/linguistic barriers. Alison's one-hour session delved into various key topics, including understanding colleagues and customers, intrapreneurship, mindset, and more. This approach not only ensured that the content was accessible to a global audience but also facilitated meaningful learning and reflection for all attendees, regardless of their background or location.
The Result
With a heightened sense of self-awareness and a deeper appreciation for the diverse perspectives within the organization, participants were empowered to break down silos and collaborate more effectively across departments.
The emphasis on different behaviour types within the DISC methodology facilitated meaningful connections among colleagues, fostering a culture of inclusivity and mutual respect, while understanding how to execute excellence. This laid the foundation for long-term success by nurturing a community of intrapreneurs committed to excellence and innovation.
